Kent, UK-based death-metallers Vesicarum reveal music video for their brand new track ‘The Sick And The Depraved’, plus announce their debut EP, ‘Reign Of Terror’.
“The EP tells a story of a serial killer from his beginnings through to stages of murder and torture,” states vocalist and mastermind Glynn Neve.
“The first four songs on the EP are about the killer and his development - however the last track [Undivine End] switches to the victim’s point of view - it was written to give the listener the impression of a victim tied up in the killers torture chamber awaiting his demise.”
The video for ‘The Sick And The Depraved’ was shot within the grounds of Bilsington Priory Estate, inside a 13th century chapel - this archaic setting serves as the perfect backdrop to the track, wherein an ancient malevolence is channelled via crushing riffs and pounding drumming.
‘Reign Of Terror’ is set for release on May 22nd via One Eyed Toad Records - check out the music video for ‘The Sick And The Depraved’ below.
